Photography

"The single most important component of a camera is the twelve inches behind it."
-Ansel Adams

For me the photographic image, as its own element or combined with writing and design is the central focus.

That said, the final image starts long before my fingers touch my camera. I start with a plan of what the feeling and vibe the image needs to express, how that image will be used, and then  consider all the possible variables in order to bring your idea to life.

When I do pick up my gear nothing else exists outside the concept, my camera, the subject and me to capture that feeling for you in an easy-going, flexible way.

I believe that this is what separates someone who takes pictures from someone who is photographer.
